The JFK Experience, in Their Words
I recently bought a blue Tesla Model 3 from JFK Motor Group and couldn’t be happier with the car or the service I received from Richard.I came to Richard after an extremely stressful and upsetting... experience with Wexford Volkswagen, where a previous Tesla purchase had fallen through and I was left waiting nearly two weeks for €20,000 to be returned. I explained the entire situation to Richard, and the contrast between the two experiences couldn’t have been greater.Richard was friendly, patient and reassuring from the beginning. He held the car for me while the refund was being sorted, never put me under any pressure and told me not to worry. Once everything was arranged, the car was delivered directly to my home. He has also been very helpful and responsive with the paperwork afterwards. The Tesla itself is gorgeous and drives brilliantly. I had really wanted a blue one, and I’m absolutely delighted with it. After such a difficult experience elsewhere, dealing with Richard made buying the car feel exciting again.I would happily recommend JFK Motor Group and Richard to anyone looking for a car. A genuinely positive experience from start to finish.read more
